The CIVIC APP, developed by the Office of the Election Commission of Thailand, serves to enhance the accessibility of relevant electoral information for voters. It provides users with essential details regarding candidates, political parties, and election-related announcements, particularly for the upcoming 2019 general elections and future electoral events.

The application aims to:

1. Promote and support government agencies, educational institutions, and civil society in providing accurate knowledge about the democratic governance system, which is under the monarchy, as well as the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
2. Foster a proper understanding among citizens of democratic principles that guide daily life, cultivate a political culture within a democracy, and enhance public consciousness and individual responsibility towards oneself, others, society, and the nation.
3. Encourage civic participation in the electoral process and referenda, adhering to the principles of good governance.
4. Support a network of trainers in providing education both within formal educational settings and beyond.
